Still Austin Bottled in Bond Blue Corn Bourbon is a unique small-batch whiskey made from organic blue corn sourced from a family-owned farm in the Texas Hill Country. It is aged for a minimum of four years in charred new American oak barrels, and bottled at 50% ABV, the legal requirement for a “bottled in bond” whiskey. The result is a sweet, nutty whiskey with notes of caramel, toffee, and honey, with a finish of light spice and oak.

Nose: Blueberry syrup, fresh French toast, raw manuka honey, roasted cardamom pods & rose water.
Palate: Fig jam, black cherry pie, sweet cigar smoke, candied dates, Jamaican allspice & hazelnut butter.
Finish: Medium to long, roasted caramel, hard candy, fresh kettle corn, homemade marshmallow & orgeat accompanied by soft barrel tannins.
