ProductionA blend of up to 1,200 eaux-de-vie, each aged slowly in oak casks. The grapes used to make the cognac come from Grande Champagne, the first cru of the Cognac region. Rémy Martin is the only producer to distill “on lees,” which refers to the solids left over from pressing the grapes, giving the final product a more concentrated character.
