This formidable whisky is a collaboration between The Macallan’s Master Whisky Maker, and the Roca brothers – the trio behind three-michellin-star restaurant, El Celler de Can Roca. Expect a complex gamut of flavour, with liquorice, vanilla, treacle and ginger variously making themselves known. The box here is slightly damaged.
