Inchfad 15 Year Old That Boutique-y Whisky Company Single Malt Scotch Whisky | 500ML Tasting Notes
Nose: Elegant notes of seaweed and rock pools are backed by tangy stone fruits and a touch of melon, welcoming the way for softly herbaceous smoke in time.
Palate: Salted peanut brittle, buttered malt loaf, and some earthy notes of stewed tea are joined by fiery candied ginger.
Finish: The seaside salinity lingers, bringing flinty smoke and charcoal alongside drying, woody spice.
Distillery Information
Inchfad gets its name from an island in the south-east of Loch Lomond, which is home to a ruined distillery. It enjoyed a short-lived release as one of a number of single cask bottlings released by the Loch Lomond distillery in the mid-2000s.
