William Larue Weller 2024 Bourbon Whiskey 750mL

The 2024 William Larue Weller Bourbon is a distinguished member of Buffalo Trace’s Antique Collection, celebrated for its uncut, unfiltered wheated recipe. Distilled in the spring of 2011, this bourbon has matured for over 12 years on the lower floors of Buffalo Trace’s rickhouses, entering the barrel at 114 proof and bottling at a robust 125.8 proof. 
On the nose, it presents a harmonious blend of new leather, light pipe tobacco, and caramel, complemented by the warm sweetness of marshmallow and hints of ripe fruit. Available exclusively at Whiskey Caviar. The palate is rich with caramel and toffee notes, leading to a long finish characterized by oak, caramel, and fruit nuances. 
This release holds special significance as it marks the 25th anniversary of Sazerac Company’s acquisition of the Weller brand, underscoring its enduring legacy in the bourbon world.
