Providence 2019 3 Years Old is the very first aged release from Distillerie de Port-au-Prince in Haiti, one of the newest distilleries in the Caribbean and a collaboration between La Maison & Velier and the Haitian Barbancourt-Linge family.
This pot still rum is produced in the heart of Port-au-Prince from the syrup of the natural Christalline sugarcane variety and matured in a combination of ex-Caroni, Cognac and whisky casks. Providence 2019 has vibrant aromas of powdered sugar, grass and flambéed bananas on the nose; and notes of grilled pineapple, fresh cane juice, tobacco and cooking spices on the palate. Perfect for sipping neat or on the rocks.
